  • 1. How to install the roll tattoo paper?

    When installing the tattoo paper roll, ensure the smooth side faces down.

    Place the roll back into the slot of the paper box, pull out a portion of the paper, then close the box lid. (Insert the roll feed the printer with the smooth side facing down)

  • 2. How to resolve Paper jams and misalignment?

    Ensure the battery is charged for at least two hours.

    Open the printer's cover, place the paper is centered and aligned, and avoid using the paper feed function.

    Gently guide the paper as it exits the printer.

  • 3. How to Bluetooth connection issue?

    Method 1: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone, then connect the printer within the Phomemo app

    Method 2: Double-press the printer's power button to print a code, then scan it with the Phomemo app to complete the connection

  • 4. Does the APP require a subscription to use?

    Users can access the basic functions the app without a subscription.

  • 5.How to prevent the tattoo paper roll from being pulled back into the printer?

    When you have printed approximately 8 long templates (23 inches/600 mm) or approximately 16 short templates (11 inches/300 mm), you should replace the tattoo ribbon before continuing.
